Whatever side of politics you are on, it was shocking news to hear about President Biden’s diagnosis of Stage 4, Aggressive Prostate Cancer.  

There are many cancers that, if caught early, have very high survival rates, including Prostate Cancer!  Here’s a reminder of some of the significant tests YOU SHOULD BE ASKING YOUR DOCTORS ABOUT!

We know it can be hard to keep track of what you should be doing when so here’s a detailed breakdown of annual and periodic cancer screening tests for men and women.  Including which cancers they target, recommended ages, and frequency, based on guidelines from reputable sources like the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF), American Cancer Society (ACS), and CDC (as of 2024). Keep in mind that recommendations may be adjusted based on individual risk factors, such as family history or genetic predispositions.
