Free For Cancer Patients
We love when we find much needed items for those on a cancer journey. When they are FREE, we love them even more. Cancer patients are faced with a financial burden that can’t be planned for and that is unaffordable for most.
According to the AARP, the total cost of cancer treatment on average is $150,000, and that doesn’t include everything that goes along with it. I know from my own treatments and from others that it can also cost between 5-20k annually with rides to treatment, lodging, non-covered medications and co-payments, food that supplements the “new lifestyle”, wigs and / or clothing for a changing body and so much more.
Here's a list of a few places that offer free products to those on a Cancer Journey.
