Happy October! 

If you’re a breast cancer survivor, or lost someone to Breast Cancer, or know someone touched by Breast Cancer, October means we scream, shout and do everything we can to make a difference. 
 
It’s now my 8th October since diagnosis.  To those of you who are new to my story, I found a lump by myself just 3 months after a mammography that said, “Normal”.  I had a slight pain and listened to my body.  I knew this was new and was a change for me and I immediately made a doctor appointment. 
 
By listening to myself, I saved my life.  I’m going to share more tips below for how to be the CEO of your own health!
